The Rules of Muay Thai
Muay Thai Rules are different in different countries and different organizations have different rules.  The main muay thai rules are based on the ones from the Sports Authority of Thailand.  Close to the rules of kickboxing.

- Running, Shadowboxing, Rope Jumping, Body weight resistance exercises, medicine ball exercises, abdominal exercises and little weight training
